We don't just build companies. For nearly a decade, at our core is a thriving and rapidly growing property portfolio.
After aquiring our first buy-to-let property 8 years ago, we now have over 400 properties located across the South Coast and are now one of the largest private landlords in the region.
Located throughout the South of England, our portfolio of residential and commercial property has grown to over £81m in value in just 8 years.
Our team are always looking for development opportunities, or land for sale, across Hampshire and the South Coast.
Breaking new Ground
In late 2017 we formally entered the Financial Services space, offering development and commercial finance.
This move has opened many new opportunities for the group and is something which the whole team are excited about growing as we enter the next phase of our adventure.
