Following the recent governments advice, we’ll be approaching the return to office with a gradual, phased approach, taking both team and individual needs and preferences into account: we are taking slow, deliberate steps to ease the re-opening the office departments.

During the midst of the COVID-19 lockdown we stayed open for a few members of staff. Whilst the majority of the office had taken the choice to work from home, this allowed the few who needed to come into the office, to do so.
We are aware of how everyone’s home living situation is different and wanted to reassure those who don’t have access to an office environment, were able to safely come in to work as normal. In addition to this we have rigorous health and safety measures in place to ensure social distancing and sanitization guidelines are followed.
Our goal is to be cautious at how we spend our time in the office, while limiting the number of people who come in and out of office rooms and efforts to minimize crowding. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure health and safety is our top priority and continue to adapt to the ongoing circumstances.
