Support Buddi instantly and automatically answers the first batch of questions any support member will ask a colleague or customer and removes the risk of the user not being sure of the answers or taking time to locate them.
The user simply needs to visit www.supportbuddi.com and a variety of information about their PC/laptop will be instantly displayed. From their operating system and web browser, to their Flash version, IP address and cookie information, all the important information a support technician could need. This can then be downloaded as a PDF and emailed to the technician or the user can quote their Support Code over the phone which can be entered onto the homepage and all their information can be retrieved.
