Marketing is the obvious answer, I also have a lot of involvement with our customers ensuring Just Uptime's services meet their needs. I often work with our clients to implement new features and services that are both beneficial to themselves and their business.
Why did you want to work for a server monitoring service?
Server monitoring is a fairly new concept, webmasters and admins are only just realising the true potential of a server monitoring & alert service like Just Uptime. I want to be involved in a company that is taking on exciting new challenges, it's a great atmosphere here because of this.
Favourite aspect of your job
I love talking with people from all over the world, forming relationships & partnership and being asked if I'm Australian (I'm not... Don't ask!)
Where do you see Just Uptime a year?
I see Just Uptime being a well respected and recognised name within the industry. With so many server monitoring & alert services out there I want Just Uptime to be the one that stands out.

What's the next service you would like to see in the JDI Group?
