The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring staff across all investments are supported, listened to and empowered to perform their roles to the highest standard. Working alongside the senior management team and reporting to the COO, the HR Manager is provided with plenty of autonomy and is encouraged to champion the success and development of staff as much as possible.

We are seeking a friendly, supportive and driven HR Manager with strong experience to support business leaders across the group with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:


  • Manage the full recruitment process

  • Oversee the onboarding & induction process:

  • Leaver facilitation

  • Employee benefit management and administration

  • Continual development of HR policies and procedures

  • Advise and monitor risk assesments

  • Champion a team of talented staff

  • Day to day HR operations, responding to incoming queries, sickness reporting, holiday management etc.

  • Continue to develop attractive employee benefit schemes

  • Process monthly payrolls and P11ds

  • Manage all ER cases including redundancy, capability, performance, Absence, TUPE and disciplinary

  • Manage the performance management process

  • Provide advice and guidance to business leaders and department managers

  • Management of the tier 2 visa status

  • GDPR Compliance, audits and ICO point of contact


  • CIPD qualified

  • Strong generalist experience

  • First class communication skills with demonstrable influencing and networking skills

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks

  • Ability to challenge perceptions while influencing and building strong relationships

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and practice including employee relations, resourcing, training and development

  • Experience managing TUPE and settlement agreements is desirable

  • Experience maintaining a tier 2 status and applying for COS (preferred but not essential)

  • Extremely self-motivated with the confidence to work autonomously.
