I spend my days monitoring their chat logs and statistics to optimize their chats performance, as well as split testing a variety of variables in the intellichat environment to make sure we are performing the best we possible can on all my clients websites.

Although I came from a engineering background, I have always been a keen internet enthusiast. The World Wide Web excites me and there are not many more exciting companies than intellichat.
