Job Description


  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping/mopping/dusting/polishing

  • Manage kitchens and dishwashers throughout the day

  • Sort and deliver internal post and parcels

  • Top up all catering beverages and snacks throughout the day

  • Set up Breakfast & Lunch Service

  • Turn down after Breakfast & Lunch service

  • Ensure communal areas and meeting rooms are set to standard throughout the day

  • Put away catering and cleaning consumable deliveries

  • Reporting stock take to Receptionist for weekly re-ordering

  • Regular housekeeping checks

  • Provide refreshments to the management team, as and when required

  • Provide Reception cover as and when required throughout the day

    • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone

    • Answer or refer all inquiries in a warm and welcoming manner

    • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories

    • Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.

    • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

    • Other ad-hoc reception duties
